Red Nose Day is a day when people across the land join forces to raise money for brilliant causes in the UK and around the world. Teignbridge have joined this important cause, what better than a great FHAH bake off?
This year the Teignbridge branch asked their Clients and Service Providers to take part in the first ever “Friends Helping At Home Bake Off”.
Comic relief is a campaign with the mission to end child poverty by funding programs that keep children safe, healthy, educated and empowered. They achieve this through the power of entertainment, bringing people together to laugh and have fun, all while raising life-changing cash for children that need it the most.
It was wonderful to see everyone getting involved and donating to such an important cause. Teignbridge raised an incredible £223.50, thanks to the generous contributions made by the people who commented and shared their Facebook post.
