With a solid background in the care sector, Jackie has held a variety of supervisory and management roles within domiciliary care, developing a deep commitment to high-quality, person-centred support.
Before joining Friends Helping at Home, Jackie successfully ran her own business, gaining valuable experience in people management and customer service. Her return to the care industry reflects her lifelong passion for helping others and ensuring that clients receive the compassionate, professional care they deserve.
As Branch Director, Jackie leads with integrity, empathy, and attention to detail — ensuring carers are supported, compliance standards are met, and the branch continues to deliver exceptional care within the community.
