A local branch director will be pleased to arrange a free visit without any obligation on your part, to meet with you and/or your family or representative, in order to discuss your needs and is your single point of contact.
Whether you need occasional help with household chores, shopping, cooking, gardening, driving or daily companionship, care or help with home admin, form filing – we’re here to help.
Having met and discussed your requirements, we then accompany and introduce, fully insured and vetted – tried and tested – support workers and care professionals for your to meet before you book.
We put you in total control. You have the flexibility to ‘top up’ from any Direct Payments that you may currently receive for any extra help.
We understand that you don’t want rushed visits and our carers spend at least an hour.
We are a safe way to book all the help you need with the flexibility and choice of selecting the professionals that you have met and known to you.
You also offer the continuity of service you want from pleasant, caring professionals that are known to you.
Our way of working also means that those we introduce all earn a decent living wage and we save you money – up to 30% compared with some traditional domiciliary home care companies.
Who are we?
We are a professional agency that helps find the right people based on your needs. We work on a cooperative basis with a large network of carers and support workers that we introduce to our customers.
Everyone is insured, fulled trained with the relevant experience, but we also look for pleasant personalities and people with a range of outside interests such as cooking, gardening, and from differing backgrounds – we like to ‘match’ people so that they get on well from the start! But ultimately, everyone chooses and books the help that they need.
