Care and rest homes support team

As our newest addition to the team, Chloe will add additional expertise within the Care & Rest Homes’ Support Team.

Andrew Richardson, Managing director, says:
“We now provide all the resources to find the right care professionals so that those we introduce fit seamlessly into the care home’s existing team.
Whilst we are a small company, we excel in adding value for our clients and help them improve their quality and delivery by recruiting well, and ensuring a thorough process that includes an induction before anyone is deployed.
Our customers know and book the professionals that they want.
Customers expect consistently higher standards and an efficient, value for money solution.
Our team now includes a Recruitment Specialist, a Training Director and an Accounts Manager to support the work and resources available to our Branch Managers in Newton Abbot, Plymouth, Totnes and Torbay.
We ensure due diligence and training that helps care and rest homes to maintain high standards.”

About Chloe Perry

“I started my career working in a building society where I completed my training and gained my qualifications before joining a private business where I managed a small accounts team.

Recently I worked for a care recruitment company and was the team leader managing client accounts with complex staff deployment, HR responsibilities and assisting the senior management team.

I have also worked as a carer where I was trained including Paediatrics, Tracheostomy care, P.E.G. feeding and Medication.

I enjoyed working in care and think that it is important to have an in-depth understanding and passion for care.

I am looking forward to being part of the Friends Helping at Home team, providing admin support and helping with business development.

I like the genuinely fresh approach and business model that enables self-employed health care professionals to be deployed.

When not working, I enjoy home and family life, I have an eight-year-old daughter, during weekends we often enjoy paddle boarding, kayaking and spending quality time with family.

I’m looking forward to meeting our current and new self-employed carers and can not wait to work with Friends Helping at Home whilst it goes from strength to strength.”
