Working in care?
We find the clients, you choose your hours, rates and you choose which clients you would like to work with.
We provide help with compliance, administration tasks and useful documents and guidance for client care.
We will fully support you with all aspects of invoicing and payments including liaising with externally funded services. Our bespoke, user friendly software and app enables you to record your visits with ease.
We have an excellent record of retention and in assisting people back into the care sector. Our time to care approach enables you to provide a high standard of care, with no rushed visits. We support you to provide the standard of services which you would be happy for you or your loved ones to receive.
We trust our carers; we do not micromanage or overly supervise. Working with us you will enjoy the freedom of being self-employed together with the benefits of a supportive and knowledgeable team.
We do not pressure our people into taking emergency or sickness calls. This is flexible working to fit your needs.
