In December 2024, Gemma took over the running of the Exeter Branch, bringing dedication, warmth, and a commitment to delivering person-centred care. Under Gemma’s leadership, the branch continues to grow, working closely with self-employed service providers to ensure every client receives professional, flexible, and friendly support.

Gemma took over running the Exeter Branch of Friends Helping at Home in December 2024, bringing with her a wealth of experience in customer service gained from running her own catering business for many years. Seeking a new challenge and something to be proud of, Gemma joined Friends Helping at Home and quickly found her passion in supporting clients and building a strong, caring network of self-employed service providers.
