About Friends Helping at Home
Following a successful pilot and last year, the launch of the branch in Torbay, we have gone from strength-to-strength creating networks and customers, we are now looking for suitable business partners to join us and help us expand.
We find the right people and services for our customers to be able to remain living in the comfort of their own home.
With a tried and tested business model and system that enables the introduction of carers and support services to our customers.
Our system ensures that there is no care management and there is no CQC registration requirement; and, that Service Providers (professional caregivers and support workers) are genuinely self-employed.
Our business model is profitable – we save our customers money and provide choice and a safe way to arrange care and support.
Your branch: your business
The business operates as a franchise and provides: low risk and low start-up cost to enter a vast and growing market, with help and support to develop a successful business.
There’s a growing demand for our services with established networks and relationships in the community from which to build.
What we’re looking for
A positive person, with sales and management (or supervisory) experience.
Attributes will include the ability to communicate at all levels, mature outlook, compassionate and confident professional.
You don’t need any care experience, but need to be a motivated, self-starter looking for the right opportunity to be your own boss, but also contribute as an important part of a team and network of professionals.
